Academic Essential:
- Any degree in Information Technology or CS , Masters preferable; hands on experience in Macro
- Scripting, VBA/SQL/ RPA tools required.
No. of years of experience:- At least 3-8 years (2+ years of Post Qualification Experience), predominantly in the Automation / RPA in shared services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
RPA Lead: Understand the RPA transformation Program approach,
Good experience in Designing, developing in Automation Transformation Projects.
Must have done 15-20 Core RPA projects as RPA Developer / Lead.
Expertise in Automation Projects in Finance and Operations processes.
Excellent Knowledge and good hands on experience in multiple RPA tools like AA, Blue Prism, UI Path, Work fusion, Pega. VBA AUTOMATION and in Microsoft all products like MS Access, MS Outlook, MS Excel, etc.. VBS, JS.
Worked in Multi-cultural / Multi- Domain environment and global exposure.
Having hands on Project Management experience specifically in IT /
Automation / RPA projects.
Excellent communication, Technical Knowledge (VBA, Scripting, and RPA) is
a mandatory.
Other specifics:
Candidate must have handled worked in at least one of the RPA tools AA,
Blue Prism, UI Path, Work fusion, Pega ; had worked in minimum one of the
Scripts VBA AUTOMATION tools like Visual Studio, VBS, Multi Scripting Language
Ability to collaborate with peer group, business partners and the management
to derive greater results to the organization
Flexibility to travel, wherever needed
Six Sigma / Lean Sigma orientation is an added advantage
Must be able to lead teams in an unstructured environment.
