Good hands on experience in Process Automation using Automation Anywhere Tool
Good experience in preparing process related documents like PDD, SDD
Good Communication and Risk-Analysis skills.
Design high quality deliverables adhering to business requirement with defined standards and design principles, patterns
Develop and maintain highly scalable, high performance coding modules
Develop/Integrate the code adhering to Business coding standards
Provide suggestions to improve Business functions providing better solutions for the problems.
Ensure developed code is met as per the agreed standards
Technically lead and groom a team of developers who might be geographically distributed.
Should be pro-active taking appropriate action on-time in escalating the issues to management.
